“I understand that people will think so, but I'm not going and I can't go. I have too many responsibilities and I want to deal with the current situation.
This is a difficult time. I'm not amused by it but we can show this club is special in these difficult times, because we believe in everything. We will get through this together, because when we do, another good time will come.
I commit 100%. If we win, I feel like I'm part of it. If we lose, I feel 100% responsible. I've always been like that in my life. I feel my great responsibility and we will do everything we can to get through this period and prepare for a positive future once again.”
Liverpool need a sweeping overhaul of the squad in the upcoming summer transfer window. A series of The Kop's players will expire and they need strong investment from the owners. The targets that are in the sights of Liverpool currently include Jude Bellingham, Matheus Nunes and Mason Mount.
