Harry Kane scored the only goal of the game to help Tottenham beat Man City at home. Kane officially hit the milestone of 267 goals for Spurs, surpassing the legendary Jimmy Greaves to become the highest scorer in the team's history. Greaves' record stood for 53 years but was broken today.

After the match, Harry Kane said: "It's hard to put this feeling into words. It was a magical moment and I'm delighted we got the win. We worked really hard to keep a clean sheet. It is special to set this record in front of the home audience. This story has been talked about a lot in the past few weeks. And scoring that goal in an important game like this makes it all the more special.
I feel great now. When I started playing regularly, I never imagined I would score 200 goals in the Premier League. I still have a few more years so hopefully I can score more goals.
Greaves is a hero, one of the best strikers in football. So being next to him was something special. And passing him was a really meaningful moment for me."
In addition to becoming Spurs' top scorer, Kane also hit the 200-goal mark in the Premier League. He became the third player to reach this milestone after Alan Shearer and Wayne Rooney. This season, Kane has scored 17 goals in the Premier League and is only 1 behind Erling Haaland, who has scored 25 goals since the beginning of the season.
