Jack Wilshere has praised the talents of four young players in Arsenal's academy and insists they can do things that cannot be coached.
Jack Wilshere retired from football last summer and took the job of leading Arsenal's under-18 team. Wilshere himself is a product of Arsenal's academy, and this makes him aware of the club's strict demands on youth.

Coach Jack Wilshere praised Arsenal's 4 young shoots
Recently, Wilshere led Arsenal's youth team to a 3-2 victory over Cambridge United to win tickets to the semi-finals of the FA Youth Cup. The former English prodigy was especially impressed with the ability of the four players and said that they could do things that cannot be coached.
“There are things you see from Myles Lewis-Skelly, Ethan Nwaneri, Bradley Ibrahim and Jimi Gower – they do things you can't coach. That's why they're at Arsenal. They just need to hone their tactics a bit. I like my midfielders to receive the ball half way, pass the ball forward, link up with the striker and dribble if needed.
We had some great moments when Myles dribbled, when Ethan received the ball half-spin, when Amario Cozier-Duberry put on 1v1. If we had these situations more often then we would alright. You can see it today, even when Reuell Walters plays at centre-back. When you bring the ball up, the picture changes completely.”
This weekend, Arsenal U18 team will face West Brom U18 team. Currently, Arsenal are ranked 8th in the U18 Premier League in the south.
